XY Pad v1.2.0 Released

Reorganized the Mappings window into a tree grouped by track, FX and parameter, with each mapping’s controls laid out in resizable columns
Added axis reassignment: switch a mapping between the X and Y axes in place, keeping its curve and settings
Replaced selection-based removal with a per-mapping Remove button
Compacted the curve controls: color is now a single swatch that opens the full picker, and thickness and point radius are stepper inputs
The Mappings window now refreshes automatically when the project changes (tracks or FX added, removed or renamed) and no longer restores a stale saved window size
